GBS-Recruitment Terms and Conditions

1. We take pride in our ability to find the right companies for our candidates and arrange successful interviews with clients.
2. Our service charges cover our consultancy efforts, interview arrangements, and assistance with Visa processing.
3. We empower candidates by guiding them on the essential skills needed for specific jobs, ensuring they acquire the right skill sets before their interviews.
4. In the event that a candidate doesn’t obtain the necessary skill sets or provide required documents within the specified timeframe, our service fee remains non-refundable, and registration with us might be necessary.
5. The selection of candidates is based on their performance during interviews; therefore, candidates must prepare diligently for the interview process.
6. It is crucial that the skills and experience listed in candidates’ CVs are accurate; these will be verified by the interviewer, and our company will not be held accountable for any discrepancies.
7. Candidates must provide genuine educational qualifications and experiences in their CVs; if any misinformation is discovered during verification, our company will not be liable for further service, and the service fee will not be refunded.
8. We are committed to refunding the service fee if a candidate’s educational certificates are genuine yet not recognized in Germany.
9. During the probation period, if candidates are let go due to non-performance, our company will not take responsibility.
10. Specifically for Nursing candidates, passing recognition exams is essential for full recognition in Germany; failure to do so will absolve us of any responsibility.

What we do with your Data

  • We share your information with the appropriate employees of Understanding Recruitment
  • We may share this information with regulatory or law enforcement agencies if we are required or permitted to do so. 
  • We share your data with our third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf such as our CRM provider, our website service provider, and our job application providers, our IT providers, all of which we have entered into agreements with that they will not use your data outside the scope of the services they provide us.  
  • Clients or candidates to facilitate the job application process where the appropriate consent is obtained.
  • Third parties helping us by developing services and processes to optimise the Candidate selection process in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our recruitment services.
  • Prospective employers where you have provided Understanding Recruitment as a referee. 
  • Individuals and organizations who hold information related to your reference such as current, past, or prospective employers.
